Women’s Recovery Group for Betrayal Trauma
A support group for women who have experienced Intimate Partner Betrayal, offering a safe, compassionate space to process your pain with others who understand the acute emotional impact. Whether you’re facing the aftermath of infidelity, hidden addiction, or ongoing deception, you are not alone.
Together, we will explore what Betrayal Trauma is and how it has affected your sense of safety, identity, and trust. You'll gain practical tools and coping skills to care for yourself during recovery, learn how to navigate your partner's behaviors—including gaslighting, denial, or shame—and develop the relationship skills needed during this tender and complex time.
This group is facilitated by Kayla Montgomery, a licensed therapist trained in betrayal trauma recovery and relational healing through the International Institute for Trauma & Addiction Professionals (IITAP), with a specific certification in partner betrayal (Certified Partner Trauma Therapist). Sessions are structured to foster an understanding in what betrayal trauma is, emotional healing, empowerment, and authentic connection with women who understand in the wake of your relational trauma.
You’ll explore topics such as boundary-setting, emotional regulation, self-worth, and how to rebuild trust—whether within your relationship or with yourself. Group members often find that the shared experience reduces isolation and fosters meaningful support.
If you're struggling with confusion, anger, grief, or fear after discovering betrayal, this group can provide a path forward. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
